Evolved to monitoring device and watch mechanism for the general public. Covers all coastal regions from Texas (Rio Grande Valley to SE Texas) to North Carolina border.
2	Arrival Phase Hurricane Ike approached the Texas Shore, wavering from potential arrival in South Texas, and finally pointing to a direct hit along the coast at Galveston and Houston Datrix monitored the arrival. Earlier tests had confirmed our capabilities during long range monitoring.
